Blended online courses are a self-paced program that allows the student to study at their own pace. The online course has videos, as well as, written content to help the student understand the information. Each module has a question portion at the end to ensure the student understands what was in the module.

Standard First Aid (SFA) $190 + GST

The Blended course $155 + GST

This course can be a Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and CPR skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. This course has to be pre-approved by the instructor. Call 403-618-3954

The blended online SFA course is an 8 hour online learning module and a 5-7 hour “in-class” skills portion. This is a Level C (adult, child and infant) course.


Blended online recertification is a 4 hour online and 3-4 hours “in-class” skills portion. Level C (adult, child and infant) course.


Basic one day Emergency first aid course (8 hours) offering lifesaving first aid and CPR skills for the workplace or home. (Level C) This course can be taken as a blended course (4 hours online, 4 hours in class skills) to help students study the information thoroughly.

CPR/AED $65 + gst

Course on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (4 hours)provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies. (Level C)

Basic Life Support $85 + gst

Basic Life Support (Level C) is designed for Healthcare Professionals and first responders with a duty to respond to cardiac emergencies. Learners will be taught skills related to one and two-rescuer adult, child and infant dynamic CPR, coping with obstructed airways, use of bag-valve-mask (BVM) and the use of an automated external defibrillator. Requires a BLS field guide (you can request an online version)


Oxygen therapy includes pulse oximetry, Oxygen cylinder set-up and use. Non-rebreather mask, cannula use


Bag-valve mask, oropharyngeal airway usage and placement. Airway Management for spinal injuries.


Babysitter will learn how to care for infants to school age children. Some first aid is included. This is not a certification for first aid. Babysitter’s are encouraged to take a first aid course.


Home alone teaches children what to do in an emergency when they are home alone. Recommended age is 10 and above. 9 year old’s and siblings can attend if they can read well. A bit of first aid is covered such as bandaging, choking etc., but this is not a first aid course. Certificates will be given when home work is completed with parents after the course.
