Corporate training is available for groups of 5 to 18 participants. If you require training for a larger group, we'll work with you to arrange additional sessions or instructors.

Group Training Agreement – Attendance & Participant Transfer Policy

Participant Attendance

The Company is responsible for ensuring that all registered participants attend the scheduled private group training session.

Private group training is priced based on the agreed number of participants attending on the scheduled training date. Participants who are absent, arrive too late to participate, or are unable to complete the course are not guaranteed another training opportunity at the group rate.

Participant Transfers to a Public Course

If a participant does not attend the scheduled private group training or is unable to complete the course, they may be transferred to a regularly scheduled public course at the I Res-Q U, Inc. training facility, subject to seat availability.

A transfer fee equal to the current public course registration fee for the applicable course will apply for each participant transferred to a public course. For Intermediate First Aid, the current fee is $162.75 (includes GST). Payment must be received before the participant is registered in the public course.

Changes to Participant Lists

Participant substitutions are welcome before the scheduled training date at no additional charge. The Company is encouraged to notify I Res-Q U, Inc. as soon as possible if a substitute participant will be attending.

Once the scheduled group training has begun, participants who do not attend cannot be replaced, and any participant requiring training at a later date will be subject to the current public course registration fee.

Online Learning (Blended Courses)

For blended learning courses, all required online learning must be completed before attending the in-person skills session. Participants who arrive without completing the online component will not be permitted to participate and will be required to register for a future public course at the current public course registration fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

I Res-Q U, Inc. understands that unforeseen emergencies may occur. Requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of I Res-Q U, Inc.

Company Acknowledgement

By booking private group training, the Company acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to the above Attendance and Participant Transfer Policy.
